Returns
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of the damage.
- Return the damaged/incorrect item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, re-order a replacement, if available.
- If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order#).

Holidays and weekends do not count as business days.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery Standard delivery orders after a 2 day production and processing time.
Priority orders are shipped within the next business day after a 1 day production and processing time. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
Express orders are shipped within the same day or next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery.
Please be aware that we do not accept responsibility for packages that have been lost in the mail system or packages that have been abandoned/not claimed/stolen. Please verify that your address is correct when inputting your information as we are not responsible for non-verified addresses that were entered incorrectly. After your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. We ship via UPS and USPS depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International orders typically takes up to 10 business days for delivery this excludes 2 business days of production and processing time. Noir Crochet Needles reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier.
