Outside this exception, We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only accept returns for refund or exchange, for damaged items or for receiving incorrect items.
Returns
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of the damage.
- Return the damaged/incorrect item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, re-order a replacement, if available.
- If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order#).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
